Lansing Companies, owner of the 1,500-acre Prado Ranch Reno master-planned property, has generously contributed 19 acres at no cost to Washoe County and the Regional Transportation Commission to facilitate construction of the ultimate roadway for Lemmon Drive in the North Valleys.

This contribution has saved the County and taxpayers more than $2 million in land costs and significantly accelerated project timelines.

Additionally, the swift cooperation of Lansing Companies enabled the County to secure a time-sensitive grant critical to advancing the Lemmon Drive construction.

The new elevated roadway will serve as a protective berm between Swan Lake and the surrounding community β€” ensuring safe, reliable travel for residents in all weather conditions.

Construction is anticipated to begin in mid-2026.

Lemmon Valley Logistics Park, a project within the Prado Ranch Reno master development, encompasses 316.8 acres (over 10 million square feet of industrial space) located on the east side of Lemmon Drive β€” directly across from Swan Lake.
